Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00.  We offer free shipping on purchases of $150 or more. We strive to provide fast shipping within 72 business hours, however we update our current shipping timeline in the banner at the top of our website each day.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless an item is damaged… Each item has specific details on sizing, please read those details carefully before ordering. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

Please refer to the item sizing description to ensure you are ordering the correct size.  There are no returns/refunds for wrong sizing.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. DO NOT return before contacting us.

If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No Exceptions.

If we do not receive notification within 3 days, the return will be rejected and no store credit/gift card or refund will be issued.

Process to report damage/defect:

Use your smartphone to take pictures of the damaged/defective area and email the images to sales@pawsandboot-eureka.com, including a picture showing the original tags are still attached.

If the item has been worn it is not eligible for return.

Include the Order #, the item that is damaged/or in error, and your best form of contact.

You will receive a response from our customer support team within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday - Business Hours Only).

Damaged Returns:  We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.

We DO NOT offer refunds. Store credit or a gift card will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.

All returns are issued in store credit on your account on Shoppawsandboot.com.  You will be notified via email that your credit or gift card has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.

ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
ORDERS WITH DISCOUNTS OR COUPON CODES ARE ALL SALES FINAL.
WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED LESS THAN ORIGINAL PRICE.

Damaged Returns Must:

Be postmarked within 14 days of ORDER DATE. Or within 7 days of DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (in the situation the package is delayed).

In-Store Returns must be made within 14 days of ORDER DATE!

Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached.

If an item has stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Include original invoice or a copy of  the order confirmation emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for returning.

ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
